Our Rates

All time is billed in 15 minute increments, rounded up.

As of January 2024 we are now operating with a limited availability schedule - Call for an appointment.

We are closed on Saturdays except by request, All Saturday time is time and a half.

Closed on Sundays - not available by request. (Sunday emergencies are triple time starting with the initial phone call.)

Standard Rates:

• On-Site Support: $125.00 / hr. (minimum 1/2 hour inside of Wilkes County, NC or Fairfield County, CT; minimum 1 hour elsewhere)
• Travel Time: $45.00 / hr. (applies to travel outside of Wilkes County, NC or Fairfield County, CT - ask about our discounted travel time rate to neighboring counties.)
• In-House Repairs: $105.00 / hr.
• Remote / Phone Support: $95.00 / hr. (minimum one hour)
• Research: $85.00 / hr.
• Design: $95.00 / hr. (for all media design requests and projects, not including website design.)
• Upgrade to Windows 10: $135.00 flat rate. (In-House only, does not include any applicable license fees if required)
• Priority Support Surcharge: additional $75 / hr.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.  We accept cash, local checks and PayPal. Credit Cards are accepted via PayPal.  A PayPal account is not required to make credit card payments.

A deposit will be required to cover required / quoted parts before we start any work / projects.

Cancellation of a bundled quote will revert work performed back to regular pricing.

There is a $50 fee for a returned check.

There is a $15 fee for us to accept a credit card with the card not present. (IE, via phone or secure text photo.)

Any work requested or required to be performed on a Saturday will be charged at time and a half.

Any work required by emergency to be performed on a Sunday will be charged at triple time - Sunday is no longer available as an offered time slot as we are closed on Sundays.

A late fee of 8% will be applied to payments not received within the agreed upon time frame for our services per N.C. Gen. Stat. § 24-1.

Per N.C. Gen. Stat. § 66-67.1, we are not responsible for goods left on hand with Bamboo Partners over 60 days.

All pricing includes North Carolina Sales and Use Tax of 4.75% and the local Wilkes County Sales and Use Tax of 2.25%; or Connecticut State Sales Tax of 6.35%. (whichever is applicable.)
